Elizabeth Suárez is an accomplished practitioner, management consultant and expert in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Leadership. Elizabeth spent more than fifteen years climbing the ranks of corporate America, where she broadened her knowledge base and sharpened her negotiation skill set.
Today, Elizabeth is highly regarded as an author, speaker, facilitator, coach, strategist, trainer, and mediator. Elizabeth has researched, studied, and understands millennials, generation Y, generation X and baby boomers, and has created a platform to effectively work with them. She is passionate about enabling professionals and communities to better understand how to manage disagreements, succeed in any negotiation, and develop the necessary strategies and tactics for success.
As a multicultural and bilingual strategist, Elizabeth is an expert in providing an amicable environment where difficult issues can be successfully addressed and resolved. Currently, Elizabeth works with clients in the fields of higher education, government, business and non-profit.
Elizabeth holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and a BS in chemical engineering from Cornell University. She completed the Executive Management Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She is a graduate of the prestigious National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI) program, as well as the Center for Creative Leadership in Denver. She received her mediation training from the Colorado Council of Mediators and the Colorado Bar Association. In addition, Elizabeth is a certified MBTI practitioner.
To pay it forward, Elizabeth spent many years mentoring young professionals and serving on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations. She lives in Colorado with her husband and daughter, where she enjoys experiencing nature and dancing Bomba with a local Puerto Rican cultural dance ensemble.
